Thus we have come to know and believe the love which God has for us. God is love; he who dwells in love is dwelling in God, and God in him. 1 John 4:16
God, our Father, you are supreme love, absolute, and filled with the orientation to love. You are the embodiment of unconditional, incomprehensible, incomparable love. We see this clearly in the sacrifice of your Son, our Redeemer and Messiah, for our sins.
Your love shows the close connection and fellowship with you and your loving people, reflected in the love between fellow believers. There is nothing as powerful and sanctifying as love, to win our hearts to holiness and sustain the soul in the trials of life. Only by abiding in your love can true fellowship with you be made real. You reveal your love through Jesus Christ. Sending your Son is proof of your love for us and the execution of that love in us. Your love gives assurance to our battered souls, soothing the wounds endured in life.
Since you are the essence of love, wherever you are, love is. This is the work of the Holy Spirit in us, operating within the sphere of all believers. Your love is demonstrated in all Christians, as they journey together, showing love for one another. The doctrine of your indwelling love in the believer through the power of the Holy Spirit should prevail everywhere. Love alone can remove all corrupt passions, crimes, jealousies, war, and permeate the bliss of heaven throughout the globe. We pray that you impart your love into the heart of every believer, through Jesus, our Lord. Amen

Amen to the above beautiful scripture verse and prayer. Thank You God our Father for showing Your great love for us by sending Your one and only begotten son Jesus Christ into the world to suffer and die on the cross of Calvary in order to pay the penalty for our sins, thus giving us salvation and eternal life. Please help us to love one another just as You loved us. In this Lenten season, help us to forgive each other, and make sacrifices and penance for our sins, so that we can earn our heavenly reward. This prayer we make in Jesus’ Precious Name. Amen.?✝️❤️?
