Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18
Abba Father, we are honored indeed to call you Father and exult that our Maker has adopted us and holds us to himself. We thank you and exalt your Name because you have embraced us transgressors in your all-encompassing love and deemed us worthy of Redemption and Salvation in Christ Jesus, your only begotten Son. We are eternally grateful and humbled by the gift of the Power of your indwelling Holy Spirit in our lives and by so doing, you have sanctified us and counted us deserving to be bestowed with every spiritual and heavenly gift in Christ. We glorify you for lavishing us with the grace to savor your magnanimous presence all the days of our lives, through tranquil and turbulent times, by trusting in your unceasing pleasure in your creation. Bless you Lord, for entrusting us to the care of your celestial sentinels, our guardian angels. We join the Saints and all those dwelling in your Kingdom in joyfully fulfilling the commands of loving, serving, praising and worshipping your Sovereign Majesty, in vibrant community prayer in Jesus’ Name. Amen
