PREPARING FOR THE GOSPEL OF PEACE
“And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace.” – Ephesians 6:15
As believers, we are all called to share the Good News of salvation. Spreading the message of the Gospel is not limited to evangelists, pastors, or preachers—it is the responsibility of every Christian. Each of us interacts with people that others may never have the chance to reach. By being attentive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, we can become effective workers in God’s “vineyard.”
Sharing the Gospel not only benefits others but also transforms us. Knowing that people observe our actions, words, and character inspires us to live more Christlike lives. To effectively disciple others and provide godly counsel, we must immerse ourselves in Scripture and spend time with the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to reveal the mysteries of God.
SUGGESTED PRAYER
Dear Lord, thank You for the privilege of sharing the Good News of salvation. Help me to study and understand Your Word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit so I can live a life that pleases You and share Your truth with others. Grant me the courage to speak when the Holy Spirit prompts me and the wisdom to share words that will touch hearts. I pray for those I have ministered to who have yet to receive You—continue to draw them to Yourself and reveal Your love to them. May they turn from sin and follow You. All glory and honor to Your holy name, now and forever. Amen
