THE 13th OF SEPTEMBER
GOD PROVIDES GRACE AND HELP TO THOSE WHO SEEK HIM
“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” – Hebrews 4:16
We are blessed with the most compassionate and merciful High Priest, Jesus Christ, who faced all the temptations we encounter, yet remained without sin. Because of Him, we have the privilege to approach God’s throne of grace without fear, trusting that He understands our weaknesses and forgives us when we sincerely seek His mercy and loving compassion.
God is fully aware of our human frailty and the strength of the spiritual battles we face, even those invisible to us. He judges us with complete understanding. Our failures never catch Him by surprise; He knows everything about us. When we fall into sin and earnestly ask for forgiveness and strength to avoid it in the future, God graciously provides. In His boundless grace, He has already prepared blessings and solutions for our needs. However, we must ask and receive them through faith.
SUGGESTED PRAYER
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for being my merciful High Priest. You sit at the right hand of God the Father, interceding for me. You know me completely, and because You are my Lord, I can approach God’s throne of grace confidently, without fear, to receive mercy and timely help. You have already accomplished everything I need through the cross. Help me grow in faith, so I may fully receive what You have prepared in the spiritual realm, in Your Holy Name, I pray. Amen
