THE 25th OF AUGUST
THE LORD REVIVES, PROTECTS, AND SAVES US
“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me. The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; do not forsake the works of Your hands.” – Psalms 138:7-8
Many of us have faced difficult times when, in response to our prayers, the Lord gave us strength and renewed our spirits. In moments of adversity, God’s hand shields us from the anger of our enemies and delivers us from all evil.
We are truly blessed to belong to the Most High God! He always seeks what is best for us, fulfilling His purposes in our lives. God does not delight in our suffering; He allows only those trials that will help us grow spiritually and achieve His divine plan. We are the work of His hands, and His love for us is unending. He desires that we overcome every challenge so that we may be with Him forever.
SUGGESTED PRAYER
Thank You, Lord, for protecting me from all evil whenever I walk through troubled times, and for stretching out Your hand to save me. I am truly blessed to know that as long as I seek to be Yours, You will guide me to where Your purpose for me is fulfilled, and Your love and mercy endure forever. Lord, please reveal to me the changes I need to make in my life and grant me the strength to make them, so that I may please You. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen
