THE HOLY SPIRIT EMPOWERS US AND GUIDES OUR PRAYERS
“Likewise, the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” – Romans 8:26
The Holy Spirit is God, all-knowing and ever-present. He understands the unseen spiritual realm, the forces at work, and the strategies of the enemy. In our moments of weakness, God, who devised the perfect plan for our help, sent the Holy Spirit to dwell within us when we came to Jesus. As our Perfect Helper (Paracletos), He is our Comforter, Counselor, and Mediator—strengthening and inspiring us. It is deeply reassuring to know that the Holy Spirit, who knows all things, intercedes on our behalf before the Heavenly Father.
The Holy Spirit never judges by outward appearances. He sees the depths of our hearts, understands our spiritual battles, and knows the reasons behind our struggles. Above all, He discerns the will of the Lord for our lives.
SUGGESTED PRAYER
Thank You, Lord, for sending Your Holy Spirit to be our Comforter, Counselor, and Mediator—the One who strengthens, teaches, and leads us in truth. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for interceding for us and revealing the Scriptures to us. With Your guidance, we will never lose our way, and even if we falter, we trust that You will lead us back into the light. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
