THE 25TH OF AUGUST
THE LORD REVIVES, PROTECTS AND SAVES US
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me. The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; do not forsake the works of Your hands – Psalms 138:7-8
There have been many occasions for most of us, while going through hard times, when our Lord gave us strength and revived us, when we prayed and asked for help. Whenever we are under attack, the Lord’s hand preserves us from the anger of our foes and saves us from all evil.
We are so blessed to belong to the most High God! He will always do the best for us and fulfill His purpose in our lives. God does not enjoy seeing us suffer and He allows only the trials that will help us change, become more spiritually mature and fulfill His purposes. We are the work of God’s hands, and He always loves us and wants us to overcome every hardship in life so that we can be with Him forever.
SUGGESTED PRAYER
Thank You Lord, that whenever I walk in the midst of trouble, You protect me from all evil and You stretch out Your hand to save me. I am so blessed to know that as long as I want to be Yours, You will get me to where Your purpose will be fulfilled in me and Your love and mercy for me endures forever. Lord, please show me what I need to change in my life and help me to do it, so that I may please You, in the Name of Jesus I pray. Amen
