THE 26th OF JUNE
WE NEED NOT FEAR WHEN WE KNOW THAT GOD STRENGTHENS, HELPS, AND PROTECTS US
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand… For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, ‘Fear not, I am the one who helps you.’” – Isaiah 41:10, 13
When we truly recognize that God is with us, fear has no place. We should not worry about anything because our Lord is more than capable of providing for us, helping us, and guiding us through life’s hardships. Even if the global economy collapses, God’s economy remains steadfast. He is the source of all good, and His resources are inexhaustible.
God promises to give us the strength we need when we need it. Even when there seems to be no way, God always makes a way for us. How incredible it is that the Lord assures us He will uphold us with His powerful right hand! He repeats this promise to ensure we fully grasp its significance.
God truly does not want us to live in fear. He wants us to understand that just as a father holds his child’s hand, He holds ours. We can overcome every difficult situation by being confident that God holds our hand and guides us through.
SUGGESTED PRAYER
Dear Father, I am so encouraged by the fact that You hold my hand and are with me, no matter what I go through. When fear tries to enter my heart, help me remember that I am not alone, that You provide all the strength and help I need while holding me with Your powerful hand. Thank You for always being there for me! Praises and glory to Your Holy Name for never letting me go. Amen.
