WORRY AND ANXIETY BRING NO GOOD

“Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” – Matthew 6:34

In this verse, Jesus teaches us a valuable lesson: worrying does not solve our problems. In fact, it achieves nothing positive and can have detrimental effects on our health and faith. Constant worry can make us sick and diminish our faith. Our well-being and faith are directly influenced by our levels of doubt and worry.

Worrying means fearing something that might never happen, whereas having faith means trusting and expecting good things, believing that God can make them happen. Each day comes with its own challenges, and it’s up to us to trust God to bring good out of bad situations instead of falling into worry and fear.

We live in a world where evil and wicked actions can cause us trouble, even if they are not aimed directly at us. However, the more faith we have, the less we worry, and the better we can hear God’s guidance on how to handle situations and find solutions.

SUGGESTED PRAYER

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for this wonderful advice! My life has improved since I learned that worrying solves nothing and only brings more problems, like headaches and heart issues. Dear Father, help me remember to always trust You and follow Your guidance. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for Your constant help and support, no matter what I am going through. You are truly the perfect Helper! In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.
