Mary Magdalene found the disciples and told them, “I have seen the Lord!” Then she gave them his message. – John 20:18
Heavenly Father, we lift our hearts in praise and adoration for Your unending love and mercy. You are the God of life, the One who conquered death and brought salvation to all through the resurrection of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We glorify You for the power of the empty tomb, for in it, we find the fullness of hope and redemption. You have revealed Yourself through Christ, and just as You called Mary Magdalene by name, You call each of us into a deeper relationship with You. Blessed be Your Holy Name forever!
Lord, we ask for the same faith and boldness that Mary Magdalene displayed. She ran to tell the disciples, declaring with joy, “I have seen the Lord!” May we, too, recognize Your presence in our lives and be eager to share the good news of Your resurrection. Help us overcome doubt and fear, so we may proclaim Your truth with unwavering conviction. Fill our hearts with the same awe and devotion that Mary had, so that we may walk in the light of Your glory every day.
Gracious God, teach us to listen for Your voice and to recognize when You are calling us by name. In moments of sorrow and uncertainty, remind us that You are near, just as You were with Mary in the garden. Let the joy of the resurrection transform our hearts, filling us with peace, purpose, and the courage to be Your witnesses. May our lives be a reflection of Your grace, and may we always seek to glorify You in all that we do. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen
