Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. Proverbs 19:21

Almighty God, you are the Sovereign Ruler of the Universe, the entire Firmament, and everything we behold and possess are yours. In your wisdom and justice, you gave dominion of all things to the one you created in your image and likeness. Your command was that we submit to you in humility and obedience, thus unifying and aligning our works with your Holy Will. Lord, although man disobeyed you and separated from you, because of your Goodness and Mercy you have redeemed and restored us as your children. We bow out heads in gratitude and with contrite hearts submit to your Holy plans for our lives, seeking to accomplish all your purposes, for your greater glory.

We praise and worship you Father, for deeming us worthy of eternal salvation, by the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, your only beloved Son, Who, by his sacrificial death gained us reconciliation with you, and sanctity of our souls. Jesus taught us to be holy and obedient, just as he was, and by his death, atoned for all the sins we had committed from the beginning of creation. His resurrection and ascension obtained for us eternal life, and an everlasting relationship with you, our Merciful and Loving Father.

We yield all our plans to you Lord, and submit, in absolute trust, our lives and that of our families. As our Defender and Protector, lead us, by the Power of your Holy Spirit, into holy and healthy living. Guide and direct us according to your purpose, so as to obtain your grace and favor and assist us to be worthy models of our Christian faith and beliefs. Help us by humble surrender to your Holy Will, to perform our evangelical mission of practicing your Holy Covenant of love, and spreading your Gospel of Truth, harnessing our lives in perfect alignment with your plans, in the sufficiency of your grace, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
