The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer. My God is my Rock, in whom I take refuge, my Shield, and the Horn of my salvation, my Stronghold. Psalms 18:2
Eternal God, our Strength and our Salvation, You are my foundation, the One upon whom I can rely when everything around me seems uncertain. Just as a rock is unmovable, unshakable, and strong, so are You, Lord. You are the anchor that holds me firm amidst life’s storms. In times of distress and confusion, You are my fortress, a place of safety, a refuge from danger, that refuge where I run to, when I feel overwhelmed, knowing that within Your embrace, I am protected from harm. You shield me from the arrows of fear, doubt, and despair. Even when the challenges of life seem insurmountable, I can stand firm, knowing that You are with me.
You are my deliverer, my God who rescues me from the snares of the enemy and the trials of life. When I face adversity, I do not face it alone. You lift me from the depths of my struggles and set me on solid ground. You have delivered me time and time again, and for this, I am eternally grateful. You are the horn of my salvation, the power that brings me life and victory. You do not leave me vulnerable or exposed, but instead, You empower me to overcome. Your strength is my stronghold, and in You, I find rest, courage, and hope when I feel lost.
Lord, as I reflect on these truths, I ask that You continue to be my Stronghold and my Refuge. Help me to trust in Your protection and deliverance every day, knowing that You are always with me, my faithful God. May I always know that I can trust and rely on You in all circumstances and help me to strongly proclaim Your Name to all around me, giving You Glory and obediently following Your most Holy Will, in Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen
